Every individual wishes to be strong enough both mentally and physically. Mental strength is possible by regular exercises especially yoga and meditation. Physical strength can be obtained in quite few ways. Though there are few ways a strong base component is required for developing healthy physique. That basic component is nutrients. Nutrients form the basics of physical development. In general human require nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, water and vitamins for healthy body development. A balance should be maintained in the supply of nutrients. This balance is because of the work doe by those nutrients in the body. All nutrients are responsible for certain functioning that makes their presence important.

For faster growth of bones and internal proteins are necessary. So it is advisable to consume High Protein Diet in early stages. Carbohydrates are energy suppliers and should be consumed in sufficient amount. Vitamins on the other hand are responsible for various metabolic activities in the body. There are many vitamins that are in need for the healthy physique. Deficiency in the stock of vitamins may lead to diseases and causes worst effects in the body. Not only vitamins deficiency of nutrients causes severe problems and sometimes may lead to diseases. Minerals and water are required for routine activities in human body. A human body that is enriched with nutrients should do regular exercises and deliver unnecessary calories and thus stabilize the body weight.

One example for nutrient deficiency is Burning Tongue Syndrome. This is also termed as burning mouth syndrome. There are also other causes for this syndrome like anxiety, depression, diabetes etc. There are some alternative steps to relieve from the symptoms caused by the syndrome. It is advisable to stop using mouth wash and tooth paste that contains toxic chemicals and alcohols. Using baking soda also provides a sign of relief from the syndrome.

If the deficiency of nutrients is found to be the cause of the syndrome disease it is necessary to have foods that are rich in vitamin B and also iron. This prevents the syndrome to occur in the future. This is one typical example of the disease that may occur due to lack of nutrients. Similarly there are many diseases in medical history are caused due to lack of nutrients. Many studies have been performed on nutrients and its benefits. It has become like universal law that nutrients are required for brain and body development. Thus in recent days many health drinks are flooding the market which is enriched with nutrients. Thus by consuming sufficient amount of nutrients one can stay healthy throughout the life.
